I have 3 or 4 of them and they are amazing on bull reds and big uglies. Hell I loaned two to a buddy this year when he went to Blacktip Challenge and he won the circle hook division with an 8' 2.25" Lemon he caught on one of them. They landed quite a few in the 7-8' range using those MXLs.
