Looking for 3 bedroom 2 bath that will allow 1 small dog. Wife teaches in Richardson, I teach in Frisco and kids go to school with me in Frisco. So school zone not a big deal. Really anywhere north of Richardson is doable. Move in date of June 26th or so. Looking to stay under $1500, closer to 12 or 13 ideally. We are fine with an older home in a safe neighborhood. Credit has been kind of an issue due to some not good circumstances this last year but money is no problem now. Not sure how that would factor into it. Anyone got something?
