Microfiber sectional couch with comfortable chaise. This is a left arm chaise from Ashley Furniture that is practically new! Super comfortable and seats 3 to 4 easily. The seats are tan microfiber, pillow back alternates tan and brown microfiber, bottom/back/arms dark brown leather. Comes in two pieces, cushions and pillows also come off. Great for stretching out and lounging. There is only a minor tear in the back top corner as shown in pictures. One owner, non smoking.

Arm to arm is 121" and the chaise is 72". Please ask for more specific dimensions if desired.

Are the 121" and 72" the out-to-out dimensions?

How low are you willing to go?

121" is the width arm to arm looking at it from the front. 72" is from the back of the couch to the front of the chaise.

Willing to let it go for $400.
