I currently have 2000 sf that will be available on 12/8 with two 12x12 office, a/c, fenced yard, acid stained concrete floor, pre-wired for phone and security, and security lighting on the front and back of the building.
We're asking $1400 per month on a three year lease, and water and septic are included
We will have 2500 sf available in March or April, and this one will be build to suit. Other sizes are available upon request.
