As the title says, i'd say its in about 95% condition. Unsure about round count, it was my great grandfathers that he gave me when he passed away. I only have one magazine for it and no papers or box.

Just looking at what people are selling them on other sites with box and papers and extra magazine (you can buy online) i'll price this gun at $700 OBO. wanting to sell to fund a new AR purchase

Dude, if there is any sentimental attachement to that gun at all don't sell it.

I've got a polymer AR complete lower you can have for $150 to get you started on an AR. It's not fancy but it's yours if you want it and it keeps you from selling your grandfather's gun.
