Again, seattle idiocy. Trademark is concerned with date of first usage. A&Ms registered trademark has a date of first usage of 1922. The argument that seattle used it in 1984 is self defeating - the same logic can be applied to A&M usage dating from 1922. And WTF am I talking about?!?!?!?! We have a f'ing registered trademark!!! Nuff said.
