Every year The Association of Former Students partners with local A&M Clubs in away game cities to host the All-Aggie Tailgate. The event, which includes free food, free drinks and Aggie camaraderie, is one of many ways that The Association works to accomplish part of its mission of perpetuating ties of affection and esteem formed during university or college days, all while helping local A&M Clubs raise funds for scholarships.

The Association and the South Carolina A&M Club, the Charleston A&M Club and the Upstate A&M Club are proud to partner and host the away-game Midnight Yell Practice and free All-Aggie Tailgate presented by C.C. Creations for @ South Carolina.

Aggie Headquarters (Fri., Oct. 12):

Serves as the official gathering place before yell practice. The venue usually has a special for all Aggies, so come early and get dinner and drinks with your fellow Ags!

The journey to South Carolina continues for The Association.

Next up...setting up Aggie Headquarters and Midnight Yell Practice.

Family of Tennessee Old Ags headed to Columbia this weekend. Does anyone know if there will be a place for the family to pick up some Aggie gear at or near the USC game this weekend???

Will there be any Aggie merchandise sold at the tailgate? Need to pick up some shirts for my kids!

Unfortunately no Aggie merchandise will be sold at the tailgate. We looked into it with our title sponsor, C.C. Creations; however, as I understand it, permitting was one of the bigger challenges.

Drove by the stadium about an hour ago, didn't realize the fair was going on too. Parking is gonna be crazy tomorrow!

Anyone have any parking suggestions for midnight yell?

If you plan to go to The Grand for Aggie Headquarters, there is a free parking garage (Taylor Street Garage) that's about 3 blocks from the South Carolina State House.

Metered parking is free evening and weekends. Lots of it right next to building.

With the State Fair going on, parking will be at a premium. Here is game day parking information from the Gamecocks official site.

GAME DAY PARKING INFORMATION

While Gamecock Park (near where the All-Aggie Tailgate will be set up) does have season parking, the site indicates that "Gamecock Park game day parking has 200 football parking spaces available for the season. The cost of these spaces is $40 cash on a first-come, first-served basis."
