I was extremely pissed about this TD and these two fouls. I looked up the wording of the rule and in the NCAA there is a screen pass disclaimer. Since the pass did not cross the neutral zone, the lineman is not ineligible down field and the WR can maintain a block in the flats up to 3 yards past the line of scrimmage - both acts were legal only because the pass was behind the LOS.

However, our ineligible downfield was BS as he was only 3 yards past line of scrimmage.
