When are we going to clean this up. The snaps week in and week out are terrible. It's going to end up costing us a W.

I'll forward this to Sumlin.

He should get on it first thing Monday.

Didn't you say this the last time it was brought up. I think you actually have no contact with Sumlin, since it persists.

I get that he's a good blocking center but it messes up our entire offensive scheme so much.

I assume the coaches see it as a net win because no one comes close to blocking as well as him.

Frustrating for sure.

He should have been staying after practice since last spring working on this. It is unacceptable that a coach would allow this to continue for so long.

Details.....

Just seems strange Turner hasn't fixed this. If it can't be fixed A&M will have a new center next year.

He told me it went to his spam folder.

I showed him how to adjust the filter so we should be all good now.

The guy's not too savvy on the computer side of the house.

Louis Belina had a pretty nice discussion about this on his post game talk show. Bad snaps lead directly to busted plays. In the RPO , when the QB has 1.5 seconds to make a post snap decision (or however long it is), and 1 second is wasted chasing a snap, the play will lose yards if not lead to a turn over

Danielson commented on our snaps at least once Saturday. He's an idiot.

That being said, perhaps Knight prefers high snaps and he's getting the ball right where he wants it. Perhaps?

I'd say the breakdown is:

50% high snaps

30% low snaps

20% where a snap should be

The snaps still float back there even when they're on the money (probably why Trevor has been able to catch most of them) go back and watch bamas center and how quickly the ball gets to the qb...dont worry i'll wait

You'd think muscle memory would kick in after snapping literally thousands of times in practice and it would just go where it is supposed to go. Must be a mental-game-day-Knoblach thing.
