I have family in Shreveport, all die hard corndog fans. Anyway, my Uncle told my Dad last night that there's a rumor floating around about Les Miles being the QB Coach at A&M. I think he was just trying to get my Dad riled up. I thought it was funny though.

I'll take Les on staff but want him no where near the QB room. Mazzone has a much better track record with QBs than Les.

i wouldn't hate having him in staff in some capacity. he seems to be universally well liked in the industry. just keep him away from the offense or defense. and clock management of any kind.

Would not be surprised to see Les trade places with Tom Herman.

Les would be a fantastic recruiting coordinator. Talk about getting a huge foothold in Louisiana. It wouldn't pay enough though .

You people seem to forget that Les rebuilt a bad okie lite program. Josh Fields was a pretty good QB before he went to the major leagues.

I am betting he goes to the broadcast booth for a year and waits on something interesting. Like the tu job.

He will not have to leave the P5 ranks to get a job. And if he is sitting in a booth available, it may encourage the folks in Austin to pony up the $$ to can Charlie.
