Nice article. Sumlin's 5 year learning curve on how to play in the SEC West which is different than U of H in soooo many ways. All the SEC teams seem wear their out of conference opponents down late in the game.

It would seem that the balance of strength vs. conditioning would vary some with the different positions. Your linemen would probably emphasize strength more than DBs or WRs.
