I can't help it. This game totally feels like a spring game rerun and not like the first FBS game of the season.
Prairie View could beat Hawaii---Dykes will kill himself by the 4th game.

Offense stalls in the inside the 10, I must say Spav's system is nothing if not consistent.

Agreed. Atmosphere is pretty lame. Commentators suck. Second quarter has been a snoozefest. Not good defense, just bad offense.

I feel something happening. Is that a glimmer of hope? Was spav really so bad he ruined the last two seasons? A real, even if average, OC, and a real oline coach might be all we needed this whole time.

This, and to think anything else makes me question if you watched the game (or know enough about the game to be commenting).
There was a couple of series when the game was still close in the 2nd that were stereotypical Spav... back to back terrible bubble screens and runs up the middle from the shotgun on 3rd and 3 with the smallest back.
Don't know if we've improved, but I'm glad Spav is gone.
