Adidas has added schools, too, in the past year or so.

Arizona State comes to mind.

Actually, I think Adidas signed a deal last year to become the Pac-12 Conference's apparel dealer, FWIW.

Adidas had to land ucla and overpaid or they would have been shut out of the Los Angeles market with USC and the Rams belonging to Nike

I mean I'm assuming here.

If ucla went with someone else, adidas would just about be totally shut out of Los Angeles and I would think missing out on that market entirely would be a big deal with no adidas team merchandise being sold there.

All I care about is what A&M gets on their contract. After the recent basketball and baseball seasons all A&M needs is for football to get on board.

I hope Under Armor can come up with some sweet ass alternate unis for UCLA or their recruiting will tank. As I've been told countless times by Zoo posters, those amazing alternate threads from Adidas are the KEY to recruiting.
