Now all they can do is watch as these kids take visits to schools who were actually bowl eligible this season.

So there is no possible way tonight, tomorrow, next week, signing day, etc. those kids can commit to cow? Wow, would like to see that link!

Glad to hear the coaches rested up and didn't recruit this weekend! Just kidding I guess you meant our big official visit weekend is coming up. I'm not talking recruiting smack until we see where everybody ends up. Recruits and parents do like Chollie and what the whorns offer because he is getting visits from big time prospects including a commit of ours and several guys we want. Hopefully we close well.

5-7 ranked 107 in defense I believe. SEC vs big 12. I think we have a much stronger pitch. Throw in Chief and the only reason I could see them going Sips is for playing time.

UPDATE (2:45 pm): Received a quick update from one of Erick Fowler's family members who took the trip with Erick to Texas this weekend. One of the big issues for Erick and his family is, as a Fox LB, Naashon Hughes already holds the spot and even if there is rotation, Derick Roberson would seem to be next in line. Apparently, Roberson told Erick that he will be switching to a true defensive end next year which obviously opens things up for Fowler. Bottom line, "Erick was impressed" with the whole weekend.

These types of threads should be banned as there's plenty of scuttlebutt on other sites stating the opposite will happen (some think that Cuffe, Jones, McCullough are now silent commits to tu to help their loathesome Def with instant 'starter' promises by Chollie).

Truly who knows the thinking of a 'kid' and what will sway them. 1/22/16 is a big wkend for us in trying to make sure we still have a chance with quite a few guys. Jones is the one to watch as too many 'other' sites continue to state he's truly 50/50 (again, only he knows).

Unless you're a coach, part of the recruiting staff or A&M staff, go enjoy life and let those who get paid do their jobs.

It's really not worth worrying about what these teenagers decide to do. Some will choose wisely and some will not. Their decisions will follow them the rest of their lives, although few may realize that today.
