If he hasn't been lying about himself, it doesn't sound like he needs to money. I'm sure he can afford premium if he wants it. Why would he want it though? He has better sources than Looch, after all...

Or . . . maybe Looch chooses to do what's in the best interest of the program, which is what I want him to do if that conflicts with giving me information.

Good point. Looch pretty obviously does hold info back, I forgot about that. I definitely don't want him or any insider hurting the program.
