Not a big fan of Craig James, but I agree that this sounds like religious discrimination and hopefully a court will protect his rights the same way it would protect someone who came out and said they were born gay and that it's not a choice and then they fired for doing so. It's not likely in the PC world that we live in, that his claim will be taken seriously by a judge, but it should be. It appears from Fox' comments on why he was fired that he was absolutely discrimination against for his religious beliefs.
