The one right before half? Greg Porter. There is a great picture where you can see the reflection of the band in his helmet and fingernail marks on the ball.

Remember exactly where I was when that happened. It was my first Aggie football game to attend

great throw and catch. another memory I have of Porter is watching him absolutely crushing the ball in batting practice before a game. Don't remember who the opponent was, or even if he had a good game, but he was playing home run derby in bp.

Pretty sure it was Bethal Johnson
0-2, Collard. First you said it was Mobley (was Askew) and now Bethel Johnson (was Porter).

That game was badass, Greg Porter's catch was badass, and that helmet was badass.

Wish we would go back to the glossy hats. This picture is one good reason why.

Where would the players on the 2002 team be on this year's depth roster?

More like just Warren, Kiel, and Davis. Hightower was never the same after he got that staph infection.

Was at the game and remember it vividly. At the time, it seemed like Reggie held the ball forever before throwing it. Greg Porter was so damn slow it took him most of the quarter just to get down to the endzone, but he had the best hands of any Ag receiver I've ever seen.

Let's not lose focus of the real issue here which is that collard is a ****ing dumbass.

Wasn't that Sumlin guy employed by us back then? Grad assistant making small time coin is my recollection; lowest paid coach in the program.
