The chancellor and the board of regents need to be kicked out. That takes letters to Gov. Greg Abbott, I believe. Doesn't the governor appoint the board of regents? This needs to stop. These regents don't care one little bit about A&M traditions, if fact, I think they hate the idea that A&M is unique and different. They want it to be just another university, indistuishable from any other. They want tu to be the standout, and to have that they have to diminish the uniqueness and time honored traditions of A&M.

Just watched the live feed from today's Student Senate Meeting, and they unanimously voted against the change. Obviously that has little to no bearing on what the BOR does or will do but hopefully it's a nice red flag for them to realize that NOBODY WANTS THIS CHANGE
