He still has to do some work for us to feel good about it, but with a half bil stadium in the works and move to the SEC, you don't take any half measures.
We also saw what happened last time we gave a coach a big raise and extension before he had won anything... that coach immediately went to Dallas and got pants'd by Tennessee in the Cotton Bowl.
