Can we really go without a scholarship recruited QB this recruiting season? We only have 1.

We have our qb. Only one can play. Next year is critical.

To go into a recruiting season needing 2 QB's and come away with none would be a big blow. Even bigger with the back up transferring.

Too bad Hill became a head case that the coaches do not want to deal with. I think he still might be on campus.

We're fine. We can get the blinn guy to sign after signing day, and prepare a package for DCS when he gets to campus. He killed it this past season as QB.

President already enrolled at Tulsa. He was good.

We enter unchartered territory as we watch the biggest meltdown unfold before our very eyes

I would imagine that Hubenak is going to be getting a lot of attention after NSD. Has the arm, size, and stats to be worthy of a scholarship in the big 5 conferences. He does a weird drop back thing where he takes his initial steps in the drop with his throwing shoulder forward and then flips around. I am not entirely sure why he does that, but would love to know if someone out there has an explanation. For some reason I feel like Steve Young used to do it.

I'm the only one who's really confident he's not going anywhere? Especially as more time goes by?
It just seems like he is staying. I think he took the trip to Austin just to cover all his bases, see what they had to offer, and see if there was anything that might want to make him reconsider. And he's enjoying the attention (as most young kids do) and having a little fun trolling everyone. But, at the end of the day, he's an Ag at heart, just like his dad, and he'll be here come NSD.

He was still wearing his a&M bracelet at the awards banquet the other night when everyone freaked out about his tie..

He hasn't shown anything else to suggest he's leaving since then..

And he retweeted Johnny's "gig em" tweet earlier today..

I mean I really don't see any way he flips. When he very first retweeted the TU jersey, it kind of annoyed me. But since then, I really just don't see it the more I think about it. Kyle is one injury away from Kyler being the starter, and I'm sure they've told him that.

So in the words of Arron Rodgers, every one just R-E-L-A-X.

It would be pretty short sighted to pin your hopes for a backup QB on a kid who probably will go pro baseball. Sumlin must be smarter than that.
