What troubles me about it is that the term "12thMan" should have been registered as a trademark for, not years, but decades. All the while we have been paying a lot of money for some folks to run this school. I have to wonder if they have now trademarked the image of "Ol'Sarge", or Reveille, or the old "AMC". I suspect you could think of any number of images associated with TAMU that need trademark protection. We should have sued and protected our right to the term.

Well, something's going on.
Three different Seahawks representatives during that trophy presentation purposely referred to the crowd as "The 12's" or "All you 12's in the stands". Not one mention from a Seahawk of "The 12th Man", only Joe Buck said it.

It wasn't an accident.
