Your **** gets dumb. We may fire our DC at the end of the year. That has zero ****ing relevance to whether recruits think a coach showing up in a helicopter is awesome. They do.

If you judge effectivess by stars, sure, he is doing good. If you judge effectiveness by the product on the field in year 3, I'm not so sure.
I judge it by getting who he wants and what competing offers those kids have.
