Yes, the dj at practice is the root of the Ags problem. I'm an old (my god that's painful) but blaming the music or dj or water cooler color is asinine.

I guess I am too old and don't get this music stuff. Back in my days you used what God gave you. A thing called adrenalin. Either you brought yourself up to the competition or you got your butt kicked. Music, cheers yells noise never got me anywhere. You just had to stand up and be a man.
