Football related since I'm hoping to bring my new just finished Texas Aggie Reverse Flow BBQ Pit Trailer to the La Monroe game. I've been working on this thing for a year, finally done after many sunday afternoons, occasional Saturdays, welding in the sun in over 100 degree heat, dropping heavy parts on myself, burns, cuts, near heatstrokes.

12 square feet of cooking surface, reverse flow design, firebox is firebrick insulated, trailer has woodcage. Need to add lights and get license plate, but its ready to start cooking. The counterweights have "TEXAS AGGIES" on purpose!
Should I paint the lettering maroon or leave black?

I didn't think of the aTm being white, good suggestion.

I did make the trailer from scratch also, couldn't stand the prices of trailers, built myself for about half.

Yes friends, there will be brisket, you better like Louie Mueller style, because that's how I'm going to do it. There will also be Elgin Southside sausage, the 1882 and the jalapeno-cheese.
