Foreign owned toll roads is the epitome of capitalism. We should give projects to whoever will do the best job, that is what made America great. Medicaid is going to be useless in 50 years anyways, if Texas starts trending the way other states are, with more and more people on Welfare. I don't agree with corporate welfare, but hey we are one of the most profitable states in the nation right now, so I can deal with a few things I don't like.

It's always funny hearing people complain about foreign companies creating or owning American businesses. For this to occur they must use American dollars residing in their nation, being brought back to america. This is by far the best result of free trade, yet idiots think those jobs and wealth are going to some eurotrash billionaires.
