I don't like Jerryworld because it is FREAKING EXPEN$IVE. The stadium itself is pretty cool.

The Cotton Bowl is a sh*thole, I know there's sentiment because of all the memories but that's polish on a turd...

This. I live in Dallas, and I'm much more likely to go to a game at Kyle Field than I am to go to Arlington.

Hell I'd probably be more likely to load up and head to Fayetteville than go to jerryworld. It'd probably cost about the same after gas and hotel, and I'd get to experience an SEC venue, rather than paying $400 to watch a big tv screen in the air conditioning while I drink a $14 beer.

I think it is a great recruiting tool.

Hate Jerry World for college games.

It's good to watch on TV. I went 1 year and that was enough for me. Like someone else said...it's too expensive. Especially when you aren't just buying 1 ticket.

Went the first year, paid through the nose, and decided never again. Sterile environment, stupid-ass TV is a mega-distraction. Way too expensive. I'd rather tailgate in Fayetteville or BCS than visit the death star.

Its good to be in the DFW area for recruiting. We are "the SEC in north Texas." I would play 3 games a year in Jerry World if I could. Local kids love that stadium, and if they dont get to play there for the HS championship game, being on the field versus Arky is a great game to be in, its one level removed from actually playing for the Cowboys. You gotta remember these are emotionally arrested pubescent boys, a huge stadium is a point of pride and grandness.
