The field was still playable, the turf just wasn't fully rooted. And like I said previously, if this rain had occurred another month or two out, you wouldn't have seen any problem.

Well let's be fair; at least H-Town put out the cash to have a field for the Texans; that's an improvement over the city that would not put down $1 million in carpet to keep the Oilers.
