Is there any possibility that defense is a "controlled substance" on Tech's campus? It would explain why one is hard to find there but he hasn't shown the signs of using that so I may be mistaken

my buddy who went to tech told me two of the best high stories ever.
the first time, he grew shrooms in the closet in his dorm room. it was a big deal because when he ate them, it was extra special because "it was like i was eating my kids"
the other time he was high and for some reason decided to get on the roof of this one story house. "i thought i was teleporting man - i was blinking my eyes and one moment i was on the roof and the next i was on the ground"
