Couple dozen or so, mostly oil and gas expats, it is sanctioned by the association of Former Students, not something I just made up. Living overseas you would kill for a chance to hang out with fellow Ags. I was asked to take over by the guy that ran it before when he left.

When we lived in Spain we would stay up til 1 or 2 am sometimes to watch infomercials just to hear people speaking in English (this was before the Internet so TV and in person was about it) just to hear a friendly voice. I know what you mean.
