Well in case you didn't check UM went 10-2 this year with a "small name coach" after their "big name coached" sucked it up. Our boards said very similar to what theirs said this time last year. For the love of pete give Sumlin a chance before you make STUPID comments.

It's been a wild week in College Station to say the least. Sumlin was offered the job as long as he kept Shermans DC. Sumlin wasn't extremely happy with that and the monetary terms made him less happy. Since he didn't immediately accept, the AD told him to stew it over and get back to him. Yesterday a hard push was made at Chris Petersen and Mark Richt. Richt actually visited the campus and was made an offer. It appears to be his job if he accepts. He must let A&M know today. If he doesn't accept then Kevin Sumlin will be the coach.

Patterson is easily the best coach in TX. Fedora was the AD's choice at A&M and the President didn't like it and convinced the board of regents to turn him down. The way those two have been butting heads lately I'l be surprised if A&M is not looking for a new AD after the first of the year.

4aces, I do not think Pres had to convince BOR to not approve Fedora. I think the BOR made this hire and it was never going to be anyone differnt than Sumlin. The failure of A&M football is due to our BOR cronies. Thanks guys.
