Took my son to the Monster Kids Tri this morning. He's only 6 but this is already his 3rd triathlon and I love seeing how he's gone from looking so small and nervous last year to confident veteran a year later.

IMNC. 9:06. PR swim and run. Bike was only 56 but felt like 112 given headwinds 40 of the 56 miles. All in all a good day.
