Did you ever start your workout, whether running , lifting, swimming, etc and part of the way into said workout, your body says, "What are we doing this for?" and it tells you to "stop!" I felt like that this AM. Anyway, a struggling 30 mins was accomplished earlier this AM.

Something went wrong with my hamstring last night... was in the first mile, just running very slow, when it felt like a "bubble" was forming in my left hamstring. I stopped running... walked around for a while... then tried to start again.. nope, still there and felt like it could worse. Walked back home. Still hurting today.

Never had a hamstring injury before... not sure what to do about it.

Leg day, knees and hip have been killing me for a couple weeks so sent light and did more balance/single leg work. May do that for a few weeks to see if pain goes away.
