Beutal would be my recommendation for anything acute. If he needs to establish care for a chronic issue, then someone out in town might be good. I've met Dr. Haywood Robinson at BV medical associates before, and he's a nice guy, and i know I've heard good things about Dr. Scott Wiprud at S&W.
Edit: incase you don't know anything about A&M, Beutal is the on campus student health clinic. Some people call it the quack shack, there are stories about male students being told they were pregnant, etc. But it's a good clinic, the doctors there are good to go.
