today is my 3-month-aversary since deciding to stop being fat and lazy. I started June 15th at 225+.

Today I'm at 193... so 32 pounds in 3 months.
Goal is 185 so I figure I can hit that on October 15th... that will be the weight I graduated college in 1992 (5.5 year plan, whoop!)
Then I can get into maintenance mode and stop doing 2 to 3 runs/gym visits a day.

And hopefully I won't get back into my "let me eat CAKE!" and "Exercising is too hard" mindset that got me to that state of 225 again.

2000 in the pool. For some reason I am liking to do 100 and 200 IMs, need to work on butterfly a bit more. And my abs are sore from two days of swimming this week. I would much rather swim than do ab work

Weird dude. Same boat but started out at 214. I reach my 90 day mark next week, and have been doing p90x3 and eating healthy. I'm down 21 pounds and weighed this morning at exactly 193, and my goal weight is around 180+/-. Game plan is the same as yours but try to pack a little muscle on after I get to my goal weight.

There's been a few rough weekends with 4th of July, a Bachelor Party, 2 Weddings. I'm gearing up to look good for my wedding in January. Keep plugging brother! I think we're both doing great.
