today is my 3-month-aversary since deciding to stop being fat and lazy. I started June 15th at 225+.
Today I'm at 193... so 32 pounds in 3 months.
Goal is 185 so I figure I can hit that on October 15th... that will be the weight I graduated college in 1992 (5.5 year plan, whoop!)
Then I can get into maintenance mode and stop doing 2 to 3 runs/gym visits a day.
And hopefully I won't get back into my "let me eat CAKE!" and "Exercising is too hard" mindset that got me to that state of 225 again.
