- Finish in the top 10% of the crossfit open.
- 300lb clean and jerk
- 400lb squat
- Sub 6 min. mile (may be there now)
- Abs that you can still see on Monday morning after a long weekend. or maybe just eliminating the long weekends.
- Apply in January and if accepted, hike part of the JMT

Squat 135 - might hit this by the end of the year. Next goal will be 165
10 pullups
10 dips
bodyweight bench
2x bodyweight deadlift

run Rugged Maniac and Spartan Sprint next year and not get killed by the hills.

hopefully run at least one more obstacle course race.

Once again, my year will be somewhat dictated by Western States. The lottery is on 12/3 this year, so that will go a long way to determining what next year will look like.

- Bandera 100K PR (if i don't get in to WS100)
- Wife and I are doing the "relay" at Goodwater in Jan. Would like to win co-ed.
- Another good year at Saddle Blazer. Adding the 100K and learned from last year to tweak and improve.
- 3 Days of Syllamo with the wife (50K fri, 50M sat, 20K sun)
- MS150 again
- Trans Zion Run in May
- WS100 (if I get in) in June
- Goal is to enjoy the summer, do maintenance, and not train through the heat/humidity.
- Fall is wide open right now
- Would like to PR the 50 miler since that didn't happen this year, but we'll see

I really only have one goal for next year; run a Boston Qualifying time. I'm already registered for my BQ attempt at the Ojai Mountains-to-Beach Marathon which is on Memorial Day weekend.

Aside from that, if the BQ attempt goes well, I would really like to spend the summer doing some 5k and 10k specific training to get those PR's down. I've never devoted any time to specific training for these shorter races; I've always just run them as tune-up races for marathons and half marathons.

Become an Ironman-registered for IMMT so the date is set. Really other goals mainly align with preparing for that, but a HM PR would be nice. Also a new fastest mile time in the personal challenge week at Orange Theory.

Other goal is to support my kids in their athletic endeavors.

Fit into a particular suit by OCT 2016 (15 pounds I would guess).
Fit into my tux by March 2017 (another 15-20 pounds)

1000 pound club (bench, squat, power clean). On target to increase personal bests in squat & maybe bench in the upcoming weeks. Going to start focuses on PCs.

Keep the weight off I lost above.

-Don't lose so much strength during marathon training
-Summit Mt. Rainier (weather kept us off back in August)
-Possibly climbing down in Mexico

So much this. Been a bad year for me. Sick for my first HIM and a back injury that took me out at 3 miles of the bike on the second HIM.

Trying to get back from that time off and I know I won't come close to my goals this year. Need to lose a bit more weight this year before I decide on next, so this is a placeholder for later in the year.

I'd like to start doing some triathlon training but that partly involves the O&G market picking up so I can get the bike I want.
