Lived in West U (Houston) for a few years and got accustomed to seeing high end cars all the time...but I never saw one of these in person. This was in CS of all places...caught a glimpse of the nose and thought it was a Maserati at first.

I know Fisker isn't made by Tesla, they just both have had some vehicles ablaze. As have a LOT of domestics, FWIW.

And, yes, I know the Teslas that caught fire had been in accidents of one sort or another, and weren't just sitting there like the others. AND , they didn't hide from it, they took care of redesigning the weak points that led to the fires.

But, still...fire, all of them were on it.

Fisker went bankrupt. So did their battery supplier. A Chinese company bought up the pieces.

And no, I am not talking about GM.

Can't imagine why they went bankrupt. Maybe something to do with the 30 mile electric range and multiple fires.

Saw one in Longview the other day, that was unexpected. Cool looking car though.

It's the greatest car to come out of Finland.

Poorly designed and not really able to use it as a real car.

As opposed to Tesla Model S which is awesome, love mine. I like the curves on the Fisker Karma but don't car for the front end.

I love the way these look. Pretty sexy in person...too bad they screwed it up.

Maximum Bob Lutz fixed the propulsion and front fascia issues but it ain't cheap.

They are unique, i see one driving around austin a few times. The grill though is where i am lost. Looks like a whales mouth.

What's the grill for anyway?
