Roger Lasater is originally from Odessa, Texas. Following his graduation from Texas A&M University in 2004, he moved to Central Texas where he began his 11 year career with Pulte Homes. Here Roger gained experience as a Superintendent, Warranty Manager and Sales Associate. Roger spent 4 years on the construction side, responsible for all facets of the building process in homes valuing from $150k over $500k, before he transitioned into sales. Roger was able to utilize his construction and warranty knowledge in his successful 8 year residential home sales career, ultimately promoting to Sales Manager.
