I have posted this before but my dad is still trying to sell this 2 bed 3 bath condo on Sam Rayburn golf course in Brookeland, TX. It's a second story condo overlooking the 11th and 12th holes of the renovated course, a short distance from the club house and a about a mile from the nearest boat ramp to Lake Sam Rayburn. My dad has hit some health problems so the price has been reduced in hopes of selling faster.
