I am working in the valley for the next 6 months cycling between Brownsville and Weslaco.

I am looking for a good vet to take my lab to in the valley.

Anybody have any suggestions for a veterinarian with a good reputation in Brownsville or the rest of the valley for that matter?

I take my pooch to Edinburg-McAllen Vet Clinic or Mission Vet Hospital depending on availability. Both have great Aggie Vets.

In weslaco, Border Animal Hospital on FM 1015 is great. Family has used them for decades.

+1 for border animal hospital. Edelstein is great. Country vet in Combes doesn't do too well with small animals. Altas palmas vet clinic in Harlingen is hit or miss depending on who in the rotation you get.
