on 19th street called Tea Sip. It caught my eye for obvious reasons and decided to check it out with the gf

Sure enough the owner is a texas grad from a family of Aggies. She is running a neat operation, I hope it works out. And since this is the Tine board, she is maybe 30 and very attractive.

But really, this thread is GAF.

Have you and your wife tried the tea at Galveston Island Brewing? It is the smoothest tea ever and I am old as F.

Go to Nates on the west end and eat. They serve it. It is literally the best tea ever.
