We're either going to build, or buy existing, so someone with experience dealing with builders and all their tricks is a must.

Want someone that knows the area and different communities very well.

Experience is most important with some consideration given to level of hotness.

I'm a lender who lives and works in Katy. In no particular order I would recommend:

Kim Johnson 281-380-4665 - Ag
Stacy Jones 832-722-7731 - Ag
Melissa Roberts 281-507-6998

They all do great work. I will say that Kim was born and raised and has some great insight to Katy. The other agents are great also. I've worked with all of them on resale and new construction homes.

Ducks, we finished construction in The Reserve a few months ago. I've been pleased with Toll. Long build time but like the hood so far.
