If you know anyone looking to move the Meyerland area this is a great little house. Lots of shade from the trees, really good helpful neighbors, never got close to flooding, had the foundation adjusted so it is rock solid, top of the line HVAC system installed in 2014, sprinkler system, covered back patio. Carpets have all be professionally cleaned and home is ready for move it.

I have a friend who's tried to correct me before for saying I was from Westbury instead of Meyerland, as if there's some sort of status associated with the chosen land along Braes Bayou.

Not sure why anyone gives a crap about the OP throwing it into the description though.

Nice house. FYI, You'll be paying the eventual buyer for a new service panel plus extending the service whether head above the roof (to meet code).

House is just a few blocks west of where I grew up, on Burdine, in Westbury
