I-10 outbound at 7:15 last night was a disaster. I can only assume it has something to do with Eldridge and Highway 6 being closed.

Hwy 6 being closed is causing the backup on the Beltway to spill even further onto 10. The east feeder road from Eldridge has been a parking lot since the 6 closure, and it's all due to the backup on 8.

Who TF designed that idiotic ramp from I10 E to bw8 north!?

Having that on ramp after Wilcrest is beyond stupid.

So you end up with people merging from both sides into a single lane to go north bound. No wonder that **** backs up to Fry.

Yesterday 610 was a complete parking lot from Galleria to 290...I read on the scrolling marquee there was an accident at the 290 exit and one at Washington on I-10 as well. I exited to I-10 east last minute to take another route home because 610 pretty much quit moving. Traffic on I-10 was only bad for 1-2 minutes as I arrived when they were hauling off the wreckage. It was way worse than normal, especially for 6:30-7pm.

Yeah, I saw that sign just after I got onto I-10 from the BW and hit the toll lanes. Smooth sailing until Post Oak.

Had to wait through a couple of lights, but got home a lot sooner than if I had taken the regular I-10E-610N route.
