I don't have an Aggie realtor rec but when you do decide to purchase a home and need a lender, talk to Jed Arnett (jja79) at Amegy. He helped my wife and I when we bought our first home in 2011. Did a great job and made the process so easy, and was always available to answer my questions! Great Ag, great guy!
