How long do you want to ignore this user?
Portions of 290 look complete. Are those going to be revisited, or are they done with them?

If they are done, then quality of work look sub par. Traffic lines drawn on top of each other, wide gaps between where the new lanes were joined with the old lanes, thin white traffic lines which look like someone was running out of paint, road reflectors missing, construction trash on the side, etc etc.

Doesn't really look First-World-Ish quality work.

well, if the Alley Theatre is any indication of the level of work involved refurbing Houston, then it is probably a "finished" product.

The striping out there right now is just temporary work zone striping. The permanent striping will be one of the last things they do, and all the other striping will be removed then.

It's Houston, we don't plan and we're always under construction. And we won't miss you if you move away...
