Are bars and clubs allowed to be sexist? As in they can force dudes to pay but not chicks? If so, how can that be legal but not making whites pay while making black pay illegal?

Do bars really not think this kind of stuff will bite them in the ass? I get what they are trying to do... but honestly all you have to do is piss someone off and they will blast it out there for everyone to see.

I have a Hispanic buddy who refuses to go there because they pulled the same kinda stunt on him.

They wouldn't let him in because of his 'dress code violations', but were letting whites in who were dressed the exact same. He gets all fired up when he talks about it.

I'm a white guy who dresses well so I don't know for sure, but I would imagine that this type of thing goes on at a lot of bars.

Have you not noticed the decrease the the "Ladies' Night" promotions where ladies get reduced priced or free drinks/cover, yet males are charged full price? Some states have held them to be illegal, while others have not in the past. However, in this day and age of "equality" put forth by the federal courts and the feminist SJWs online, I believe they are completely going by the wayside.

I know it's always been $20 to go upstairs for a guy.

That awful bar is known for its blatant racism. Also, they think they're so awesome and Vegas-y, so they charge cover.

Happened to me too last year with my buddies and their GFs. It was still new so we thought the cover was standard and thought we at least check it out. Once we got inside we talked to other people who didn't pay cover. When we tried going upstairs they wanted to charge another cover. Never went back.

That area of Midtown is becoming what Washington was a few years ago, all the ******s have migrated there. I would avoid Proof as well. Bartenders refuse to let females close out their tabs and treat their customers like garbage.

Although I've never had an issue with Gaslamp. I've seen plenty of white people being charged a cover there (I never have, mostly because I don't dress like a vagrant). My gf is Mexican, as are most of her friends and they never get charged.

Everyone said this same stuff about The Drinkery a couple years ago, and now that's died down. Seems like people are just adding on to the narrative...but that could be my "white privilege" talking.
