we had brunch at Birraporetti's Sunday. Ordered off the menu instead of the buffett style and it was good.

Bottomless mimosas and bellinis while listening to a woman cover sing was solid.

He's not wrong OKRA is a great concept, but they really need to transition into being a mass-consumer driven bar instead of trying to make fancy cocktails. Every time I have gone, I have been thirsty for the majority of my stay.

I never have a problem. Just go to the pass -through on the opposite side from the register and they'll help you quickly just to get you out of the way.

If it's quiet, order your cocktail. If it's busy, order a beer. Problem solved.

Those people that order the hardest cocktail to make at 11:30 PM on a Saturday night are the worst kinds of people.

we have plenty of places that will slap a cocktail together at mcdonald's speed. i don't see what is wrong with a couple of places that take their time to do it right.

Even when it is slow they can't make a cocktail or poor a beer quickly.

I've been to plenty of good cocktail bars that are packed and don't have a problem making complicated drinks quickly. If you aren't willing to find/pay bartenders that can make them quickly and well, change the menu IMO.
