They are currently setting it up at the berry center in cypress. Since it's right near my house, I went out and checked it out a little while ago. Who's gonna go out and try to be a walk on?! Filming takes place this weekend sat/sun night. Ticket information is available here.

Thanks. Learned last year it's more mental and dealing with lack of sleep than anything else.

Also did that class of 08 girl get the call? Just curious of any AG's that train for this.

You can probably show up at 8:00 and see if you can get in. Tickets were free so people just grab them in bulk and never use them. The Sunday show will have tons of openings as its only 30 people competing, but it's a school night.

Overall though taping is a lot like a track meet. Boring, long, and little pockets of excitement.

Last year a guy from the woodlAnds made it to Vegas... I normally like to watch the show towards the end, thats when the people get better. I just think it's cool that it's being filmed like in my backyard

Damn, heading back home to spend time with the parents otherwise I'd love to just try this out. Having watched it a few times I just wanted to see how hard it'd be in real life. (I know probably really hard, but sometimes its just fun to do something you'll know you'll fail at)

I'm debating emailing about being a tester... I don't have the upper body strength to do it, I'm all lower body, I was never good at pull ups, but can do everything else, plus I don't wanna get hurt haha I just wanna try it

Its always Seemed like another event for cross fitters to circle jerk to. I know the girl from Vtown and she is a very nice girl. She has Definately been working hard and CERTAINLY sharing every workout with Facebook. I do hope she does great though.
