Why even waste time? There should be a fast lane to the chair for cases like this

He should be hanged in public, and let his body swing for a few days.

Pump him full of anti-coagulants, cut his peen off and let him bleed to death.

Time to call in that 90 year old Chinese man that spent his life studying how to bring the most amount of pain to a person while keeping them alive the longest.

I'm angry.

But I'm more upset than anything else. Who does that to children? Especially a toddler. The 14 year old is sick enough, but a small child who literally couldn't speak or walk a year ago? And you don't just rape them. You give them incurable STDs that could literally kill them.

Things like this, I just don't even know. They just make me so incredibly sad.
