We received a robo call from the city yesterday about it, said unless you are on dialysis or you are a tropical fish, it is ok to drink/swim in

Might tap the brakes on the Neti pots for a few days though

This has been a recurring issue lately on the WNW side of town. Some local news channel tested the water last time this happened and found it to be ok. It's not great showering in water that smells like a lake though.

You should never Netipot with tap water. Always filter the water and heat it up to bear boiling.

Even the netipot recommends this.
